Alacrio reads recent unread emails, sent emails still awaiting a reply, and upcoming calendar events, including subjects, senders, and content, so it can spot the client threads and calls that need you. It only reads and drafts. Anything that leaves your mailbox is text you read and approved first.
Only the text you have read and approved. Alacrio writes the draft and puts it in front of you in an editable box. Change a line, rewrite the whole thing, or leave it exactly as written. Nothing leaves your mailbox until you press Send yourself, either in the dashboard or on the Approve and send button in Slack. Alacrio never composes and sends on its own, and it won't open a follow-up loop on a no-reply address that nobody answers.
When you approve a follow-up, Alacrio opens a loop on that conversation. If the client stays quiet it brings you a second touch after three days and a third after a week, each one drafted and waiting for your approval. Three touches is the cap. The loop closes automatically the moment a real reply arrives, and it ignores auto-replies and out-of-office bounces.
